PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Las Palmas and Bentall Residential acquired two existing buildings in Los Angeles, California and reshaped the 88 units into an affordable senior community. Improvements include a full kitchen and bathroom remodel; new flooring, appliances, heating system, doors, windows, furnishings, interior and exterior finishes, and much more. This project was completed in December of 2008, and is available to seniors earning between 50% and 60% of the area median income.
